About Our Brand
Pholoh began in 2020 with a simple belief: fashion should celebrate who you are, not who brands want you to become.
As an independent, community-driven streetwear label, we blend Y2K nostalgia with anime-inspired design. Our founder, a longtime anime enthusiast and streetwear collector, noticed a gap—brands weren't creating pieces that honored both aesthetics authentically. That observation sparked Pholoh's creation.
What started in a small studio has grown into a community of anime lovers and Gen Z trendsetters who connect over shared style and genuine creativity. Each piece carries thoughtful design—not manufactured hype.

Do you offer expedited or next-day shipping?
Yes. We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping within the United States. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option and destination at checkout.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 4–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs or import duties.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. We're working on expanding international shipping in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to investigate.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also log into your Pholoh account anytime to view your order history and current order status.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover all return shipping costs. For standard returns or size exchanges, a prepaid return label fee may be deducted from your refund.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Are Pholoh jackets waterproof?
Our jackets are made with premium water-resistant materials designed to protect against light rain, wind, and everyday weather conditions. They are water-resistant but not fully waterproof.
Will your hoodies shrink after washing?
No. Our hoodies are made from premium pre-shrunk cotton blends. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our apparel is available in sizes XS–XXXL. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements before placing your order.
Do oversized and unisex products have separate sizing?
Yes. Oversized and unisex items include their own size guide. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend ordering one size down.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some of our collections are limited edition and may not be restocked. If a product is expected to return, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are displayed in USD at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 2–3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your promo code during checkout in the Discount Code field before completing your payment. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
